Mosaab Abdelhady is the Founder and CEO of Reality Arise, with more than seven years of experience developing AR, VR, and mixed-reality applications. Holding a Master’s degree in Augmented Reality, he leads the company’s vision, business strategy, product direction, and strategic partnerships—advancing immersive technologies that make institutional training safer, more realistic, and measurable.
Sara Wafeek is the Deputy CEO and CMO of Reality Arise, leading strategic communications, brand positioning, partnerships, and market outreach. She helps shape the company’s go-to-market strategy through customer discovery, institutional engagement, pilot coordination, and funding preparation—connecting Reality Arise’s immersive solutions with clients, partners, early adopters, and investors.
Mahmoud Ashraf is the CTO of Reality Arise and an experienced Unity 3D, VR, and AR developer with more than six years of experience. He leads the technical development of the company’s immersive platforms across safety, healthcare, and education. Mahmoud has also taught VR technologies at Ain Shams University and through programs at the U.S. Embassy’s Information Resource Center in Cairo.
